Deposit Policy:

An advance deposit of 50% of your entire stay is required at the time your reservation is made. Full Season reservations will require payment in full including room tax, 30 days prior to arrival. At other times of the year the balance with room tax is charged on arrival. Please provide current credit card information to be used for final payment.

Cancellation Policy:

As a small hotel operating within a very brief tourist season, reservations are accepted with the understanding that you will be financially responsible for the entire period reserved.

With advanced full season rentals, if you need to cancel your reservation you must do so 30 days prior to the first day of your stay. You will receive a full refund minus a 20% service charge. If you cancel your reservation fewer than 30 days of your reservation, you are responsible for the full payment of your stay. We will make every effort to re-rent your suite and reimburse your the days rented minus a 30% service charge.

Reservations are non-refundable if the suite does not rent.

The Watermark Inn cannot be responsible for illness, family emergencies, work conflicts, inclement weather or other unforeseen events. We highly recommend that you purchase trip insurance..

Other Policies:

Smoking, vaping, incense, candles and open flames are not allowed in the suites. We are nable to accept pets in suites. A cleaning charge of $300 will be assessed for smoking or pets inside the units. Our Parking Area can only accommodate standard cars, small SUVs, and average trucks. Large trucks or SUVs require offsite parking.

Suite Descriptions

All suites have a private
bedroom, living/dining room, full bath with shower /tub, kitchenette, telephone, wifi, dvd player, and cable tv. Accommodations include
linens and maid service.

Suites 1 & 2 are first level
suites which have a view
of the courtyard.

Suites 3 & 4 are first level
suites with sundecks
directly facing the water.

Suites 5 & 6 are upper
level suites with an
oblique water view.

Suites 7, 8, 9 & 10 are
upper level suites with
private sundecks directly
facing the water.

Conditions:
During the off season,
we offer a discount of 15%
for weekly stays, and 10%
for mid-week stays of 2
days or longer
(excluding holidays).

All rates are subject to

Rates do not include tax or
gratuity. Rates are based
on double occupancy.
For an additional person
there are the following
charges per day;
$70.00/Adult (over 21)/Day
for Memorial Day, July 4th,
and Labor Day periods;
$60.00/Adult (over 21)/Day in full season; $50.00/Adult
(over 21)/Day at other times.
Additional charges for children (2 - 21 yrs.) are 1/2 the rate for adults. No pets. No smoking. A cleaning charge of up to $250 may be assessed for smoking or pets in Suites.

Holiday weekends may have a 3-4 night minimum stay. During July and August there may be a one week
minimum stay. Our weeks
run Saturday to Saturday.
Check-in is 4PM and
check-out is at 10AM.
